2. BOULANGERIE POILÂNE
Located since 1932 on Rue du Cherche-Midi, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Boulangerie Poilâne is a Parisian institution where tradition and craftsmanship coexist in a timeless atmosphere. The famous wood-fired micas, engraved with a "p," are the symbol of authentic and timeless savoir-faire. Poilâne, like Alysi, blends art de vivre, creativity, and attention to detail. 2. AMELIE DU CHALARD GALLERY
Founded in 2015 by Amélie du Chalard, Galerie Amélie du Chalard in Paris reinterprets the art gallery as a welcoming home: a vibrant space, bathed in light and designed as a thoughtful residence, where each work engages with the domestic environment. Here, the abstract art of approximately eighty international artists (painting, sculpture, photography, installations, and ceramics) is integrated into displays that combine aesthetics and familiarity. The gallery welcomes collectors seeking authenticity and inspiration in a warm and refined setting.
The warm, intimate atmosphere that pervades the Amélie du Chalard gallery is familiar to Alysi, who sees the space as a place to experience, not just visit.
3. CINEMA SAINT ANDRE DES ARTS
Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, the Cinéma Saint-André des Arts has been a hub for arthouse cinema since 1971. With its three theaters, it screens auteur works, documentaries, and experimental cinema.

5. MUSÉE NATIONAL PICASSO
In the heart of the Marais, the Musée national Picasso transforms the elegant Hôtel Salé into an immersive experience featuring over 5,000 of the artist's works: paintings, sculptures, and archival documents.

The Librairie Yvon Lambert is a haven in the Marais for those seeking artists' books, fashion/art/design/architecture magazines, and insights into contemporary art. Founded in 1967 by Yvon Lambert, the bookstore has evolved its mission to include a gallery and a publishing house.
Since 2017, the new space, designed by architect Dominique Perrault, offers a refined and stimulating environment, where art and literature meet in an ongoing dialogue.
