GUA-SHA MASSAGE

Helpful Tips for Gua Sha Stone Massage.
Use the gua sha preferably in the morning to help eliminate puffiness and drain the face, sliding it at a 45° angle to the face.
Cleanse your skin using your favorite oil, massaging your neck on the right with your left hand from your ear to your collarbone and vice versa to stimulate the lymphatic system.
Cheeks and cheekbones
Place the bowl of the gua sha along the center of the face near the nose and mouth and slide it down the side of the face 8 times.
Eyes and eyelids
Drain lightly with the highest point of the heart under the eye with light strokes 8 times per eye.
Slightly lift one eyelid with your fingers and slide the top of the gua sha tip under your eyebrows 8 times and change sides.
Forehead
Starting from the center of the forehead, the concave part in the center of the forehead goes down laterally and delicately almost touching the skin of the forehead (never vertically) 8 times reaching the hairline and change sides.
Finish by draining each side of the face with a gua sha that runs from the forehead down the sides to the collarbone.
Chest
Use the concave side of the gua-sha and slide it from the center to the left armpit 8 times and change sides.
Neck
Starting from the back of the neck from the bottom up to the hairline for 8 times and change sides. From the bottom up. With the concave part, touch
the skin from under the ear across the entire side/front of the neck down to the collarbone.
Chin
Slide the top of the heart from the middle of the chin to the ear to
8 times.
