Artisan cook Lucia Gaspari accompanies the guests on a special dinner, consisting of traditional recipes and following the ancient art of creating and shaping food in the earth and with one's hands. A moment of COLLECTIVE MEMORY shared around a table laid on the grass, set with the essentials, solely for the pleasure of sharing and exchange.
