Milan city guide

1. ALYSI BOUTIQUE
Opened in 2018, the ALYSI boutique in Brera is located in Milan's most creative district, a meeting point for fashion, art, and design. 130 square meters in a 17th-century building transformed by Studiopepe into a boutique with a sophisticated and contemporary design. Distinct spaces, natural palettes, and precious materials guide the visitor through a chromatic journey that unites garments and interiors in a feminine and modern atmosphere.

2. BRERA BOTANICAL GARDEN
Hidden behind the southern facade of the Palazzo di Brera, the Botanical Garden is a green oasis in the heart of Milan. Founded in the 18th century, it spans approximately 5,000 m², housing greenhouses, themed flowerbeds, and majestic trees. Managed by the University of Milan, it serves as a living museum and a center for scientific, educational, and cultural activities, offering free access, guided tours, workshops, and other events.
The Brera Botanical Garden restores to the city a corner where one can enjoy nature. Here, as in the Alysi Garden House, industrial architecture blends with a garden, creating an atmosphere suspended between contemporary style and tranquility. A space that is not just visited, but experienced, where silence, light, and materials stimulate the five senses and contrast with the hustle and bustle of the city.

3. SUGO
Sugo Milano is a contemporary trattoria that reinterprets the great classics of Italian cuisine with a modern twist. The welcoming environment, with vintage furnishings and a convivial counter, creates an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying authentic dishes.
A tub of sauce, a simple gesture at the counter, the warmth of the service. Sugo Milano is a space where conviviality becomes a form of beauty, stripping away the superfluous to leave room for what truly matters.

4. BUILDING GALLERY
Building Gallery is a contemporary art space housed within a building featuring three exhibition levels. Inaugurated in 2017, the gallery hosts curated solo and group projects dedicated to both emerging and established artists, with a visual language aimed at fostering dialogue between generations and disciplines.
Building Gallery embodies an approach that ALYSI supports: valuing cross-pollination and blending aesthetic codes and visual narratives. In this space, artistic experimentation interacts with architecture, generating connections.

5. TEATRO GEROLAMO
The historic Teatro Gerolamo is a 19th-century jewel inaugurated in 1868. Originally conceived as a “miniature La Scala,” this small wooden auditorium hosted puppet shows and dialect plays, becoming a crossroads of tradition and popular culture. After years of closure, it was restored and reopened in 2017 with a capacity of approximately 209 seats, finding new life as a contemporary theatrical space dedicated to music, cabaret, recitals, and cultural initiatives.
Teatro Gerolamo is a place where dialogue and culture are celebrated; ALYSI recognizes this space as a source of inspiration and a meeting point for art, architecture, and design.

6. TERROIR
Terroir is a natural gastronomy shop established in 2017. The store carefully selects artisanal food products: from natural wine to “bean-to-bar” chocolate, from specialty coffee to exceptional teas. It is a sophisticated yet genuine space, where you can taste fine pastas and discover biodynamic wines and rare teas, in an atmosphere that is simple yet refined.
Terroir is a space where a coffee, a conversation, or a meeting become precious moments. Every daily gesture becomes an experience: it is the same gaze that ALYSI dedicates to the little things, capable of making the ordinary feel special.
